At Lambda we pride ourselves on providing the best after-sales service and support to all of our customers. Our Service Department has three engineers, fully trained to repair and maintain all of the systems we provide, plus a sales administrator and four service labs at our site in Harpenden.
In the event of a problem arising with a system you have purchased from us, please do not hesitate to contact our service team. They will be more than happy to provide the advice and assistance you need, to arrange a service visit to your site, or to organise return of the goods for repair at Lambda.
We also offer consumables, spare parts and annual service contracts for many of our larger systems, and again our service team will be happy to help tailor a package to your needs and provide a quotation.
