A New Catalogue Of Spectroscopy Products

Lambda Photometrics have announced the availability of a new catalogue describing the recently introduced range of monochromators and spectrographs produced by Acton Research Corporation.

The SpectraPro 2000 series incorporates the latest advances in direct digital scanning and processing electronics. The addition of a USB interface along with RS-232 interface and on-board filter wheel driver enhances the SpectraPro's claim of being the industry's benchmark for rugged high performance operation and versatility. The polished optics and aspheric mirrors used in the instrument provide high accuracy, low scatter operation with the minimum of stray light.

For multi-channel detection, the SpectraPro 2000 spectrographs interface easily with Princeton Instrument's CCD systems. A number of versions of the product is available offering 150mm, 300mm, 500mm and 750mm operation, all feature high throughput and proprietary grating stabilisation. The 300, 500 and 750mm models are available in multiple port configurations and each can be used with two exit ports for use with CCDs and single channel detectors or for use with two multi-channel detectors at the same time.

The Acton SpectraSense software provides spectral acquisition and manipulation and seamlessly integrates interactive control of the instrument and CCDs.
