Since 1985, Lord Ingénierie has been designing and producing a complete range of digital linescan cameras. Today it offers a range of 15 digital line scan cameras including: DVL series monochrome cameras, DVLC series colour cameras and the CIL smart contact-less sensors

CIL 2048 represents a new generation of line scan cameras, operating as a stand-alone programmable logic controller. It consists of a high-resolution, autonomous industrial line sensor. Contact-less, it can make several thousands of verifications per second on fixed or moving objects.

The CIL is intended for end users and integrators of systems following customer specification, be they industrial vision or automation specialists, it fulfils the classical functions of industrial vision namely, dimensional measurement and inspection, ribbon, band or tool guidance, counting.
