Small Aperture, Compact Laser Fizeau Interferometer


The PTI 250™ Series interferometers measure surface form, transmitted wavefront, and radius of curvature of optical components and systems with excellent correlation to ZYGO's industry-standard GPI™ and VeriFire™ interferometer systems.

The basic PTI250 system, PTI250P, has a 25 mm output beam diameter. The system includes mechanical phase acquisition and MetroPro software for data acquisition and analysis. A simplified local language GUI is also available. The PTI250RS has all the features of the 250P plus FlashPhase acquisition software which allows for accurate metrology in the presence of extreme vibrations.

The large complement of accessories available with the PTI250 include aperture converters that enable the beam diameter to be reduced to 6mm or expanded to 50mm diameter.
