Phase Visual System Upgrade

ZYGO's Phase Visual System Upgrade (VSU) provides existing ZYGO Mark and PTI systems with the ability to perform accurate quantitative metrology.With the addition of phase-based acquisition and MetroPro's powerful software analysis, ZYGO's Phase VSU turns our classic visual-based systems into more valuable production and quality control instrumentation that is capable of higher performance metrology.

The Phase VSU is a complete upgrade that includes a precision phase modulator assembly, accessory receptacle with tip/tilt adjustment, frame grabber board, computer, and MetroPro software. A camera is also available as an option.
