The new Gigabit Ethernet cameras with IP67 housing are made for tough environments, especially for applications where water and dust are unavoidable. This IP67 housing withstands water and dust and is guaranteed to work even under tough conditions.

Baumer have developed a special IP67 enclosure for their TXG camera series, which contains the CCD sensor, electronics, an integrated C-Mount to ensure a protected environment for nearly all available standard lenses and a M12 connector for safe connection of the network interface.

Nevertheless, in some applications it is not the water or dust which cause the problem. Easy misalignment or defocusing of the lens can corrupt the whole vision system. The new Baumer cameras with IP67 housing solve this problem. The lens and also the camera itself are safely covered by the housing to avoid any unwanted touch. Herewith Baumer offers a unique, safe and compact camera type for different purposes and applications.
