An ultra-low noise amplifier and efficient frequency doubling are then employed to generate stable, high power 488, 514 & 532nm wavelength light for applications such as atom cooling, holography, Ti:sapphire laser pumping, spectroscopy and argon ion laser replacement amongst others. ALS ultra-low noise fibre laser technology is particularly useful for the most demanding applications requiring excellent power, pointing or frequency stability. Industrial holography users have validated Azurlight Systems fibre lasers as the only solution to replace and exceed the performance of Argon lasers, especially in the central frequency stability and pointing stability.
