The EverBeing R-2 Four-Point Probe System is one of the simplest devices for measuring sheet resistance, resistivity, and conductivity of materials. To be used in conjunction with your existing Source Measure Unit (SMU) or current source and volt meter.
Standard pin spacing 1.5mm (62.5mil) and 45 gram spring tension.
