The Motorised Tilt & Rotation Sample Holder provides the solution for imaging these features but tilting and rotating the sample.
The Motorised Tilt & Rotation Sample Holder is controlled via a dedicated Pro Suite application. The computer-controlled operation enables smart rotation and tilting movements.
