The Rigol MSO2000A Series of digital Mixed Signal Scopes are in a class of their own. Offering an unmatched feature/value package that is both fast and versatile; covering frequencies up to 300 MHz with two channels and a wide vertical range (500uV/div-10V/div) to deliver an extremely low noise floor enabling the capture of smaller signals without the noise. By adding the functionality of a 2 GSa/s max. sample rate and 14 Mpts. of standard memory depth to Rigol’s user-friendly interface making these MSOs unbeatable within their class.
Boasting an 8 inch WVGA display and you've got a scope that outperforms the competition in a wide range of bench-top and field applications. The MSO2000A series includes 16 bit of mixed signal logic channels and has the option to include an embedded 2 channel, 25 MHz waveform generator.

16 digital channels (MSO Models)
The MSO2000A models add Mixed Signal Capabilities allowing users to not only look at the analog behavior of up to 4 channels but also trigger, capture, and analyze the behavior of up to 16 digital channels at the same time.
Integrated 2 channel full function 25MHz generator
Create standard waves from the front panel, convert captured waves to emulated signals, or build arbitrary waves in the UltraStation PC Software. The embedded waveform generators included in the "-S" models adds value and capability to the bench for a variety of applications.
Serial bus triggering and decoding
Supports I2C, SPI, RS232/UART, CAN, LIN, FlexRay bus triggering and decoding as standard or optional offers.
