The Verifire Asphere+ (VFA+) builds upon the success of the Verifire Asphere (VFA) Interferometer, which was made specifically for fast, noncontact, high-resolution 3D metrology of aspheric surfaces. The VFA+ uses the latest Zygo Mx^TM software.
