Pulsed DPSS & SLM Lasers
The Xiton Photonics EXCITE is a single frequency all-solid-state laser system for applications in the UV such as wafer inspection, calibration of spectrometers and interferometric applications. The spectral bandwidth of less than 30 MHz is near its theoretical Fourier limit.
The laser provides short temporal pulses in a diffraction-limited beam with M² < 1.6 at repetition rates between 1 and 30 kHz. The average output power is more than 150 mW at 266 nm, or 500 mW at 355 nm, with ultra-stable pulse traces and a long coherence length of more than 4 m in a rugged industrial design.
- The IDOL series lasers deliver <13 ns short pulses with a superior beam quality. Due to their high pulse-to-pulse stability of σ <2% and their sealed housing they are well suited for continuous 24/7 industrial use. The high repetition rate of up to 50 kHz provides a high throughput.
The Impress laser systems are high repetition rate solid-state diode pumped, Q-switched laser with a deep UV wavelength of 213nm and <9ns pulse duration. The laser system is completely computer controlled via an RS232 interface with a number of different trigger modes with long UV lifetime.
The Xiton Photonics IXDICE 1342 is a high repetition rate solid-state diode pumped Q-switched laser with the unique fundamental wavelength of 1342 nm. It is the successor of the IDOL-C-1342 laser in a more compact laser housing.
Each laser is optimized for high pulse repetition rates in range 40-200 kHz to allow high throughput in material processing applications. Due to high pulse-to-pulse stability and a sealed housing, the IXDICE 1342 is perfectly suited for continuous 24/7 industrial use.
With a wavelength of 1342 nm, the IXDICE 1342 is a perfect choice as a laser tool for silicon processing like stealth dicing or trimming of integrated circuits.
The revised design also provides compliance to US CDRH regulations.
The Xiton Photonics IXDICE Ultra 1342 is a high repetition rate all-solid-state diode pumped Q-switched laser with the unique fundamental wavelength of 1342 nm. It is the amplified high power version of the IXDICE 1342 laser. With an average output power of 18 W it is the most powerful system on the market at this special wavelength.
The laser is optimized for high pulse repetition rates in the range 30 to 200 kHz to allow high throughput in material processing applications. Due to its high pulse-to-pulse stability and the sealed housing, the IXCDICE Ultra 1342 is well suited for continuous 24/7 industrial use.

- The SLM series achieves single longitudinal and transverse mode emission by injection seeding with a narrow linewidth CW micro-chip laser. 1064 and 532nm versions are available along with UV wavelengths such as 355, 266, 224 and 213nm. The IXION-193-SLM is a single frequency all solid-state, 193nm laser for applications such as optical metrology.
