During the warranty period, provided the product has not been misused and has failed under normal use, the product can be returned and will be repaired or replaced as per the agreed warranty conditions.

  1. Complete and submit an RMA using the link below. Please provide the Model, Manufacturer, Serial Number, date of purchase and a brief description of the fault.
  2. Once the Return Request has been confirmed, we will advise an RMA number within 24 hours (during normal working hours).
