EverBeing 3-Slot Male Triax to Female BNC Adapter A52-3 for Semiconductor CV Test
Performance adapter suitable for connecting Triaxial probes and leads to parametric analysers from Keithley and Keysight. It is a male triaxial to female BNC adapter with the guard removed.
Used to connect BNC cables to equipment with three-lug triaxial connectors. The A52-3 adapter does not have a through connection for the triaxial inner shell, which prevents hazardous voltages from guard sources being present on the BNC shell.
Equivalent to the Keithley 7078-TRX-BNC or Keysight N1254A-101.
This adapter is required for connecting from a triaxial male 3-pin connector to a SMU to perform CV measurements.

1300 V peak centre conductor and inner shield to outer shell
