Everbeing TH-TU-HV-2657, 3KV Tip holder with Keithley HV Triax Connector
Everbeing Keithley High Voltage tubular type tip holder. Tip holder shielded for up to 3kV. Manufactured using the Keithley 2657 SHV-CA-553 (HV-CA-554-3) cable for use with the Keithley 2657 and Keithley 2470 High Voltage SMU or Keithley 4200 parametric Analyser.
Supplied in 1 meter or 1.5 meter lengths.
The Keithley Instruments TRX-1100V-X is a 3-slot high-voltage, low-noise triaxial cable. Examples of how you can use this cable are applications that characterize and test high-voltage, low-leakage devices, materials, and modules, such as silicon carbide (SiC), gallium nitride (GaN), power MOSFETs, transient suppression devices, circuit protection devices, power modules, and batteries where high-voltage sourcing and low-current measurements are required.
This cable is commonly used with the Keithley Instruments Model 2470 High Voltage SourceMeter® Instrument.
The Everbeing TH-TU-HV-2657, 3KV probe Tip holder has been specially manufactured to allow connections to Keithley high voltage SMU’s like the 2470, 2657 or 4200. It is manufactured by cutting the Keithley SHV-CA-553-2 or SHV-CA-553-3 cable in half and terminating with a Triaxial tubular tip holder. The leads on then tested at the factory after manufacture.
