Event handler added: This offers another way to retrieve images, device events and PnP events via call back functions in C++ and delegates in C# for easy implementation.

Buffer class provides new features to get the minimum and the maximum of the counter returned by function GetFrameID
New filter driver for support of Extended Chunk Feature added (for LXG cameras).
Note: By using Baumer GAPI v2.3 and filter driver the new filter driver version is necessary. Older versions have to be reinstalled and the new version has to be installed. The new filter driver is backwards compatible to Baumer GAPI v1.7.1 / v2.1 / v2.2
