  • Repair and Calibration

    Please note that product cannot be Repaired or Calibrated without a Purchase Order. Please agree with your Lambda service engineer you are willing to pay for any repair costs. We may charge for evaluation time and shipping costs if you decide not to go ahead with a repair that we have quoted for.  All repairs are provided with a standard 90 day warranty.

    1. Agree the return with your Lambda contact.
    2. Place the product in the original packaging.
    3. Send the product back to Lambda by recorded delivery and retain the tracking number.
    4. Product will not be repaired or calibrated without a Purchase Order.
  • Warranty

    Provided the product has not been misused and has failed under normal use, during the warranty period. The product can be returned and will be repaired or replaced as per the agreed warranty conditions.

    1. Complete and submit the Return Request Form. Please provide the Model, Manufacturer, Serial Number, date of purchase and a brief description of the fault.
    2. Once the Return Request has been confirmed, we will advise the RMA number within 24 hours (during normal working hours).
    3. Place the product in the original packaging.
    4. Send the product back to Lambda by recorded delivery and retain the tracking number.

    From Heathrow Terminals 1,2 and 3

    Leave the airport via the M4 (west – away from Central London) to the first junction signposted to the M25. Take the M25 in the direction of Watford/Oxford. Stay on the M25 to junction 21 – M1 northbound (signposted to Luton & Birmingham).

    Leave the M1 at junction 10 (signposted to Luton & Luton Airport). Follow Luton Airport direction on Luton by-pass and leave at the first junction (sign posted B653 Wheathampstead).

    Follow B653 towards Wheathampstead for approximately 4.5 miles.

    From Heathrow Terminal 4
    Follow the signs for the M25 then as above.

    From Central London
    Take the A41 and follow the signs to the M1. The M1 starts at the junction of the A5 and the A405 close to Brent Cross Shopping Centre and is well sign posted. Once on the M1 follow the directions as above.

    From A1 north or southbound
    Leave the A1 at the junction north of the Hatfield tunnel (signposted to Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield and A414 Hertford). Follow the signs to Welwyn Garden City and at the first junction go back under the A1 signposted to Wheathampstead B653 and Luton. Stay on the B653 for 6.2 miles to Lambda.



    There is a direct train service from Gatwick to Harpenden, the Gatwick railway station is part of the airport complex. There are frequent services from St. Pancras International Station and the journey time is 25 – 35 minutes depending on the stops made. There are 6 per hour at busy periods and 4 trains per hour for most of the day. Kings Cross St. Pancras is on the Northern, Victoria, Piccadilly, Circle and Metropolitan lines of the London Underground.

  • Service Department

    At Lambda we pride ourselves on providing the best after-sales service and support to all of our customers. Our Service Department has three engineers, fully trained to repair and maintain all of the systems we provide, plus a sales administrator and four service labs at our site in Harpenden.

    In the event of a problem arising with a system you have purchased from us, please do not hesitate to contact our service team. They will be more than happy to provide the advice and assistance you need, to arrange a service visit to your site, or to organise return of the goods for repair at Lambda.
