The Tabor Proteus AWG is a direct-to-RF/uW signal generation system – designed for complex signal scenario creation in Communication, Radar, and EW applications from DC to X-Band.

Powerful Capability

Proteus has a large memory, a state-of-the-art waveform scheduling system, and real-time streaming - providing long waveform playback. The optional transceiver includes an RF digitizer and programmable FPGA system making it ideal for hardware in the loop systems.

The Proteus family of RF Arbitrary Waveform Generators, have multi-channel, built-in, real-time digital IQ modulation capability - providing complex signal scenario creation for Communication, Radar, and EW from DC to X-Band. 

  • Proteus has 8GS of 16-bit memory, a state-the-art waveform scheduling system, and real-time streaming giving you ultra-long waveform playback capability.
  • The optional transceiver includes an RF digitizer and programmable FPGA system making it an integral component in any hardware in the loop system.

The Proteus series comes in a PXIe module, desktop, or benchtop platform. With the PXIe form factor, you get all the advantages of PCIe-based high-speed data transfer, waveform streaming, and large channel counts in a plug-and-play platform. The Benchtop has an easy-to-use front panel with a large screen and keyboard. The Desktop offers all the features of the Benchtop, at a lower price point – all you do is supply your own screen and keyboard.
