With bandwidths up to 6 GHz and a real-time sampling rate of 20 GSa/s, the DS9000 Series provides the precision necessary for complex design and compliance-oriented workflows.
Hardware Architecture and Signal Acquisition
The DS9000 supports a maximum memory depth of 2 Gpts, allowing for long-duration captures while maintaining high sample rates. For precision measurements, the vertical resolution is user-selectable from 8 to 16 bits, facilitating the analysis of low-level signal components in complex waveforms.
Waveform Capture Rate: Up to 1,000,000 wfms/s (in fast recording mode) to identify transient anomalies.
