With the addition of the LA71069 P-100 Hand-held vacuum pick-up tool and the LA71143-0 stand makes this a standalone system for handling electronic parts such as ICs and LSIs. Alternatively, the vacuum Pen and stand can be used as an accessory for handling wafers and devices on our probe stations.
Small, lightweight, fully enclosed, oil-less vacuum pump rated at 7 litres /min at -33.3 kPa (-250 mm Hg, -333 mbar, -9.84 in. Hg). Designed for use with our range of probe stations to secure the wafer or specimen under test onto the chuck.
Also suitable for handling electronic parts such as ICs and LSIs etc, replacement for Linicon Model LV-125A
