Nitto Kohki VP 0140 Linear Piston Vacuum Pump
Small, lightweight, oil-less vacuum pump rated at 3 litres /min at -53.3 kPa (-400 mm Hg, -533 mbar, -15.7 in. Hg). Designed for use with our range of probe stations to secure the wafer or specimen under test onto the chuck.
Suitable for handling electronic parts such as ICs and LSIs etc. CE Marked.

The VP 0140 is an AC pump manufactured by Nitto. It can operate continuously on a 230V or 115V rated voltage for 5,000h. Weighing at 0.7kg, it can deliver an air displacement of 3l/min and an attainable vacuum of -533mbar. In addition, the unit is equipped with a 6mm O.D. hose nipple outlet and a class E coil insulation.
